- Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Reception is staffed 24/7. - Convenient location in the heart of old Tbilisi and close to the Abanotubani sulfur baths and Narikala fortress - Both rooms and common areas are stylish and very clean. - The breakfast buffet is outstanding and among the best I've ever had at a hotel. It's definitely quality above quantity but you get a good selection of bread, super fresh fruit and vegetables and freshly made Georgian pastries every morning. The ladies at the breakfast buffet and in the kitchen are so nice and attentive.

The hotel is well-situated in Old Tbilisi. We had a beautiful view of Abanotubani from our room. The room itself was lovely - spacious, well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and coffee-making facilities. The hotel also kindly placed rose petals on our bed on arrival. Salome at the front desk was specifically accommodating and helpful throughout. Thank you Salome. Breakfast was also wonderful, with attentive service from Ekaterine. Great value for money

Location; excellent cooperative staff; vegetarian breakfast options; beautifully managed by just 4 ladies; worked out a lovely surprise for my Birthday on 9 April ; clean rooms & bathrooms - though slightly small; quiet location but walking distance from the happening streets; women at the reception were also cooperative and helpful & yes there was just one male - strong gentle smiling & cooperative

Gorgeous hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms. Couldn't have found a more prime location. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Even though I was traveling by myself, I felt very safe and at home.

We loved the location and explored the old part of the city by foot. Lovely restaurants and cool bars nearby to discover. Also right next to the sulphur baths which we did try out. We liked the art deco elements of windows and cupboards and to have a modern bath. Nice breakfast and lovely breakfast ladies in the morning.

We have stayed in this hotel before and would definitely recommend it. It is in between the Sulphur baths around the old town and everything is super walkable, even Narikala Fortress. The beautiful team upgraded us to a Suite when we told them we are coming back again and were lovely as always! :)

The bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in my 2 months none stop travelling! The staff members are all So helpful and warm and welcoming. Room was amazing for the price I’ve paid and will be the only place I stay when visiting Tbilisi next. Location was perfect and the receptionists Mariam was so lovely and I enjoyed our chats and all te recommendations that she suggested! Overall this stay and the hotel itself and and location was definitely a 10/10!

The location of this hotel is perfect as most of the attractions are within a walkable distance. Plenty of restaurants are close so getting food or anything else of need isn't an issue. The hotel staff was really nice and always greeted us with a smile. Overall it was great staying here - rooms were cleaned daily, amenities restocked/changed daily, rooms small though cozy, wonderful staff, great location. Great views 🙂.

Our room was beautiful and very spacious for 2 people. We loved the terrace as it had a great view over the baths. Nice to enjoy in the evenings.
